In Firefox 59.0.2, bookmarks isn't syncing from my Firefox account
I have reinstalled Windows 10. After installing new Firefox, syncing isn't working. I badly need my bookmarks from my Firefox account.

The problem is solved, I guess Firefox of my laptop successfully synced Bookmark from my mobile Firefox.

By the way, syncing is working in my Android mobile.
Hi, that happens when format. You do not mention another device which would have your bookmarks on it and can recover from that device. This then appears from your question, that you are using Firefox Sync as a back up service. This is not what Sync is designed to do. The Firefox Sync service takes a copy of the data you wish to include and transfers it to a second device (typically a mobile device such as a tablet or a telephone) running a copy of Firefox. The storage in between all attached devices is both temporary and fragile and is not stable enough to be (and is not designed as) a reliable backup service.
If you have a copy of your Firefox profile for desktop Firefox, you may be able to recover your bookmarks and other data. Please have a read of these article.

Hi, you must have sent that about your phone while I was doing the reply. Please do not quote on long messages, thanks. We can be at 2 pages real quick.
The only option is Sync. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-set-up-firefox-sync and you will have to figure out connecting formatted pc to the phone.
Not many of us know the logs, will take time to reply as Firefox Support Volunteers have nothing to do with Sync other than provide information. No access to data, nothing. You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply. https://pastebin.mozilla.org/
Though the thing possibly to do ( I do not use it) is to unsync the phone how ever you do that, delete the account and start over if can delete the account, do so, make new account with new email address like yahoo or what ever.
