As for a wrong email address then your stuff is gone. Yes it is a different password and things that you registered with Sync. Again can not help you. Also how would anyone know if the email address belonged to you so it is all gone.

Hi windjammer44, there are two completely separate systems:

• Firefox Account used for Mozilla services such as Sync. See: Access Mozilla Services with a Firefox Account. This is optional, so if you don't need those services, you can just skip it.

• Support site account. It's only for support.

Hopefully some day this will be unified, but it doesn't seem to be a big rush.

Also I noticed the address location for my Outlook.com is not mine, don't understand that???
