There is a question that was asked whose wording is inappropriate, but there does not seem to be a way to edit nor even delete this question, even though this is the account that was used to ask the question. Surely there must be a way to edit or delete a question that has been asked??

To the right of a post is a section called Question Tools you can expand. That is the place most likely to have a link to edit the post.
