How to de-thread a message from a conversation?
I have 10 messages in the same thread (conversation). Now I want to separate 2 messages into new 2 threads. I tried to change the subject (when replying or forwarding) but no use. Pls help! Thank you.

Initially I think Thunderbird grouping message into thread (conversation) by subject. But even I changed the subject but the new message is still being grouped into the old thread.
Hi, thank you for your reply; tried but finally I give up. For me, the best way is that i: + click "forward the message" (to have full header details); + copy all content area; + create new message & paste content + putting the same subject. This makes new thread totally separate from the old while still have the same subject.
You could also try Message|Edit As New.
