If IMAP then you could unsubscribe from seeing those folders. If POP mail account, Drafts and Templates folders are default folders. The 'Drafts' folder is created by default when you first saved an email whilst composing. This would have occurred either manually or as according to your account settings. The 'Templates' folder would only be created when you first saved an email as a Template email so it could be reused again and again. Check your account settings info to make sure certain default settings use a suitable alternative folder. Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'Settings' select 'Copies & Folders' for mail account. Drafts and Templates section allows you to choose. If IMAP the use 'Other' option. click on OK when finished If you want to stop auto saving to 'Drafts', check your global composing options.
