edited phone# from spambots and public as nobody on forum or from Mozilla or the Thunderbird community does phone support.

Your password to this forum has nothing to do with your email password. This is the community support forum for thunderbird. Your email password is administered with your email provider. Contact them to reset your email password. Most providers have a reset function on their email help page.
You posted this here so what makes you think you could not just ask your question?
Do not post you personal info in a public forum. There is no phone support for Thunderbird and no one from here is going to call you.
