Cannot edit Mail Account Setup pop up when adding existing email account
As the question says I can change the name but not the email and password fields in the first pop up box that appears when adding an existing email account. Appears to be a bug in the pop up editing regardless of the new account is.

have you tried just typing in the box. the email@example,com disappears as soon as to type in the box. Same for password
