Firefox freezes whenever I TRY to print in Win10, didn't happen in Win 7.
My print drivers are fine, work with all other applications. I was able to print with Firefox under Win 7, since I upgraded to Win 10, every print request results in a freeze and the message that Firefox is not responding. I reset the print function in Firefox per the article mentioned in the print problem trouble-shooting tips, it did nothing to resolve this problem. Please help.

Go to the printers web site, and download the current full installer. Also contact their support.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
