Sorry, don't know why it's formatted like that.

The forum software converts the crash report number into a link to it.

The crash report flagged these programs;

lpxpcom.dll = LastPass

atidxx32.dll = Advanced Micro Devices = http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64

As a test, disable LastPass.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

You can check for issues caused by plugins and set plugins to "Ask to Activate" on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Plugins" page (plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode)

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Haven't had a crash so far since I disabled LastPass. But I can't live without it.

Contact their support and ask questions. Good luck.

I had LastPass disabled, but it crashed again just now.
