"send" and "address" pane disappeared from write (compose) window and I can't figure out how to fix.
I can't send, forward, or reply. When I try to write, reply or forward a screen appears which has "write" in the upper left corner. There are no addresses displayed to choose to send to. The toolbar "Body Text" / "Variable Width" / etc are gray color and not accessible. There is no send button. I evidently messed something up and can't figure out how to fix it.

Pressing F9 toggles the Contact Sidebar on and off.
Pressing the alt key or F10 reveals hidden menu bars. From the menu bar select View-Toolbars and turn the missing toolbars back on.
