I have a tesco.net email but when I try to put the server info into 31.7 I keep getting "no encryption" certificate? I have even followed Tesco's own instructions for Thunderbird but still can't get it to work. Should I accept the no encryption or what?

What is the exact error message? Can you post a screenshot? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
