Import Thunderbird PC to Thunderbird Mobile, via QR failure

From what I can see online, the instructions are, read the QR code and everything works. I've also seen a lot of wondering about QR codes not working. I get QR codes, but… (xle nububuwo)

From what I can see online, the instructions are, read the QR code and everything works. I've also seen a lot of wondering about QR codes not working. I get QR codes, but Thunderbird can't read them. Seems to be a bug in the QR format.

Thunderbird is not checking email accounts automatically. How to solve the problem? Thanks

I installed Thunderbird a few days back. Initially, it downloaded messages, but now it is not checking emails automatically, and I have to open the app and push to check the email accounts. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 phone if it is relevant. Please help to solve the problem. Thanks.
