I am trying to install Keeper Password Manager and use Yubikey login. Setting up the Yubikeys with Firefox does not work. I used Chrome to create the Yubikey login and they work with Chrome. I never normally use Chrome, only Firefox. When I try to login to Keeper on Firefox I get an error message instead of the login.

When pasting an image from the clipboard in Outlook Web Access in Edge there's right mouse button option to "Paste as Image". This places the image inline. In Firefox there's no option like this.

Safe mode (troubleshooting mode) doesn't fix this. Ctrl + V or Shift + Ctrl + V doesn't fix it. Shift RMB to get Firefox menu does show Paste and Paste without formatting but it doesn't paste any inline image.

I'm trying to report a rogue version of this add-on, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/feedback/addon/%7B5c474add-03f0-4c67-9479-f32939d7599a%7D/. The actual add-on is fine and works well. Somehow a version, 1.5, got installed and I cannot keep it removed. Whenever I refresh FF, it shows back up. I cannot find any reference to this version on GitHub or on the extensions page. I have uninstalled FF and refreshed it. Nothing works. It keeps coming back. I also looked in the side-install directory, but there were no extensions there. If I remove the extension under the Add-ons Manager, it removes it and I can install it and it installs the correct version and it works until FF restarts and then the 1.5 version shows back up.

I am using the latest Fiefox and i have disabled all adons i have tried everything I have changed my Facebook password every time i g try to share something on Firefox get a black box on the bottom right that says something wrong . I have tried to copy the entire hing but can not i got some of it I have even reinstalled firebox ans still can not share anything I have tried contacting Facebook but that does not happen no response i appears to work in Chrome on a noter Facebook account so it is Firefox. i will send you what i could get on the screen shot the part that is missing s the part that says something s wrong

After updated to Firefox 140.0.4 (20250707120347), all site do not load for me, general sites, like youtube/google. There's nothing wrong with my Wifi/Internet Connection, even Microsoft Edge can load the websites.

Hey, So I just updated my Mozilla with the latest update and after I restarted my laptop all my bookmarks, history and favourites are gone. I didn't do any backups manually. It's few hundred important work-related links lost. What actually happened? Can I get them back? Please help.

The TOPIC above is ALL!!! I use AOL for most everything!! I noticed that there would be a "CHANGE", but this looks BAD!!!! I HATE EDGE!!!! I'm 86 and this change is too deep for me. I feel sorry for you folks who will have to FIX this mess. I'm Retired Military & have had this kind of problem pop up. I'm having major problems with Firefox and was able to use it for a long time and I love the software to death. But it has given this problem that I have run into before which the only way I was able to fix it was a full wipe of my computer to factory settings. So with this I started to troubleshoot on what I could do and reinstall was the first and send commands to refresh the dns but I found to what seems to be a startup incomplete file in the Firefox software and it seems to create itself even when deleted. It could be this which is causing problems but all I know for certain that when I click on Firefox it won't open at all or startup. With the only evidence that it responded from task manager or a popup talking about wanting to refresh Firefox for 0.1 milliseconds

As the Subject line says, Firefox will act like it's working normally for a little bit but shortly after using it websites stop loading and no new websites can be accessed. Usually after about 10 minutes. Closing and reopening Firefox restarts the cycle. Works for a bit, then stops. Other browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome work fine.

I've checked my Firewall, deleted and re-added Firefox, made sure it had both Public and Private Network access. Also tried using Firefox in Troubleshoot mode and tried resetting Firefox. Same behavior, made no difference.

I don't see any error messages when this happens. Tabs just spin and load indefinitely with nothing ever appearing in the window. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm not too tech savvy. The only thing I tried was to reinstall Firefox which did not help.

First got a msg box from Firefox that my W10 PC had crashed overnite - and I could report it. My PC was back up & looked normal - but when I accessed Firefox the PC crashed - then I got the above error & blue screen and could do nothing on the PC! I restarted again - as long as I DO NOT START FIREFOX - my PC is fine. Help pls! For what it's worth, I happened to open a lot of tabs in Firefox yesterday. Drivers are up-to-date. Vicki

For no apparent reason, all Firefox 140.0.4 on Windows 10 crashed and when it was relaunched it did not restore any open tabs, reverting instead to the home page. All history is gone, no previously open tabs are windows appear in the history list. This computer has syncing enabled.

I used about: profiles on the Win 10 machine and it only shows the one that is currently in use. I copied the 2 files found in the along with places.sqlite into a temp directory. I did a search for index.dat and it is not found on the Win 10 computer.

Even worse: another computer running Win 11 that is syncing with the Win 10 machine is also now missing its history. Is there a way to recover from this?

Note: I am generating this from the Win 11 machine, not the problematic Win 10 machine.

Several web sites say that they detect this ad block on my pc , but I can not find it through my pc sites. It seems to be kind of a worm that can not be disabled. I am using Firefox.

This happens often. I start Firefox, and on the home page is a list of articles linked to several different publications. So I'm generally already on a mission, but I think "I'll come back to that article later", and I go off to do what I logged in to do. And when I get back to the article a few minutes or hours later, it's gone! There is a new set of articles. The articles have all refreshed, and the one I wanted to read is gone. So can I see back to what that was? Or some other way to retrieve that article I never got to read before it went away?

I lost everything in a tragic housefire recently and I cannot remember the exact username I used for my Mozilla Account. Of course, this means I have also lost years of valuable Favorites and Passwords and Logins.

Is there anyway to find out what my login name was?

How can I open an ad on a one-time basis, as if there were an option when right-clicking?

Sometimes we search for something we want to buy. The ad is near the top of the search results and seems to be worth investigating.

But we can't open the ad. Our wonderful ad blocker is, like our guard dog, too zealous sometimes protecting us.

The answer I'm looking for is NOT to go into Settings, etc. That's swatting a fly with a sledge hammer.
