What's the exact error message you get? A previous user had: Entry Point not found ... The procedure entry point js_nextactive context could not be located in the dyanmic link library js3250.dll
You might want to try a clean reinstall of Firefox. Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer. DO NOT remove personal data when uninstalling.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You do not need to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.
the full message i get is the procedure entry point ?dllblocklist_initialize@@yaxxz could not be located in the dynamic link library mozglue.dll.
Have you tried the clean reinstall suggestion above?

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Some security software has virtualization or sandbox features that may cause problems by protecting and restoring files in the Firefox profile folder.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before (re)installing a fresh copy of the current Firefox release.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
- Firefox 28: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
If possible uninstall your current Firefox version to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
- Do NOT remove "personal data" when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data like bookmarks and passwords including data in profiles created by other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (64 bit Windows) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"

Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
i done all this and still use it first time then when re starting still pops up same message
i have C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\ when i been able to check

Do you have any other software installed that might be causing this issue?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if this helps.
