Firefox keeps crashing in Windows 8.1
I got my new HP Envy laptop in December 2013, and ever since, I've had repeated crashes, more than 5 times a week, sometimes twice in a day. What information do you need from me to diagnose why this is happening?

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:
- bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.
- You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".

That is a problem with your Norton software, so make sure that you have the latest updates.
Run Norton live update until you no longer receive an update.
Thanks for the reply, but Norton has been automatically updating itself. I checked, and the last update was today. I haven't had a crash since I first wrote earlier today, but seeing that it does automatic updates and I've had crashes several times per week, I'm doubtful that Norton is the problem. Here are two other crash report IDs, from yesterday and Thursday:
bp-c82dfc33-4f05-4234-954c-cbc172140321 3/21/2014
bp-606c3043-fb9f-4a55-8a1c-818172140319 3/19/2014
This is still a problem with Norton software as you can see by the appearance of specific Norton files in the crash report.
