For the last week, when I close Firefox browser, and try to reopen browser, I get a dialogue box that says " Firefox is running but not responding". Calling on techs onsite for their feedback. Should I completely uninstall {full} and reinstall ?

Did you check in the task manager to see if there still are Firefox processes or plugin-container processes running?
