pops up with all the names starting with the first letter of their name I get contact error or undefined message essage either undefind or contact error. How can I correct this?
Some times after along while it will work properly. I use AOL as my home page. When I go back to using Internet Explorer everything works fine.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

cor-el, thank you, followed your instructions, working fine. I like firefox a lot, but was getting frustrated trying to forward e-mail. Always had to go back to internet explorer which is so much slower. I owe you.
