my audio quit working I think I may have clicked the wrong thing ?

last time my fire fox updated a box appeared fof things to enable or not. Can't remember what I clicked but I have noticed since then I have no audio. I can't hear music or talking non my computer :(

Make sure that you allow the plugin-container process in the firewall.
