How do I stop Firefox from preventing pop ups requested from the VA website?
When I request search engine assistance from the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) website, I get the message that "Firefox prevented this site from opening a pop-up window." How can I get Firefox to allow me access to the VA search engine results?

Open Firefox -> go to Tools Menu -> Options -> Content section - a checkmark will be placed on "Block Pop-up Windows". click on "Exceptions..." button which is infront of "Block Pop-up Windows". write the link of the website you want to unblock e.g. www.yahoo.com and press "Allow" button.
- Click "OK" at the bottom of the "Options" window.

mha007, I think it worked, but the search engine is slow and I did not get any results yet. Will try again later when I have more time. Thanks for your help!
You can also access the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions or right-click on a web page and open View Page Info and click the Permissions tab.
Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
