Yes, it's possible to export bookmarks to an HTML file: Bookmarks > Organize > Import/Export > Export to HTML.

Does it do what you need?

Hi,

Go to bookmarks, then go to Show All Bookmarks, Then go to import/backup..and it's under that menu. :)
