I have several problems slow startup slow responses and uninstalls itself.

I am using version 3.6.8. I have been havering no problems at all with this until several days ago. I have now got 3 problems 1 Firefox takes almost a minute to load sometimes more. I have not made any changes to my home pages. Also when it does finally load it hags when I click on to an item. if I want to open another tab it may take 10 seconds or so before doing so. I have never had this problem before. The third problem is the this browser on two occasions has appeared to have uninstalled itself which is quite bizarre. I have also uninstalled the browser manually but still acting weird. The only thing that I can recall doing is to add roboform plug in but after removing it the problem is still there. Hope you can help

I have unistalled and reinstalled. I have individually disabled each add-on. In safemode it does start fast but if I can't use ANY addons, might as well use IE! It takes sometimes 2 minutes, continual clicking, cnt/alt/delete and stop it saying running but doesnt' APPEAR. IOW this is dreadful.
