firefox was working until the last update a couple days ago. I keep getting error message: An error occurred while processing your request #97.4edc54b8.1277861193.5768d5e and firefox will not start. IE7 works ok.

The error messages have a different number each time. When I click to get on line through firefox it looks like it wants to go to my home page (comcast.net) butit sits there for awhile and then this message comes on at the top of the page and that's it.
