The recent built-in VPN feature in Firefox for Android is experimental and in a progressive rollout in testing. It currently does not have a manual way to change the location in Firefox for Android. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mobile-android-vpn

The ability to manually change locations is being worked on. The Firefox for Android 159.0 is coming on Tuesday and since the release notes is not ready I do not know at moment if it has the ability for user to manually change VPN locations.
