Firefox Sync: Android bookmarks not syncing to Windows 11 (clean setup)

Description: Multiple prior failed attempts. Clean setup, issue persists.

Android: Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (SM-X200), Firefox 147.0.2 (~1500 bookmarks) - Old account deleted, cache cleared, restart. New account + Sync enabled.

Windows 11: Huawei MateBook D15, Firefox 147.0.2 - Old profile/account removed. Same new account + Sync enabled. - 30+ min wait: NO SYNC. Logs clean, Places DB verified OK.

Suspected: Android bookmarks not uploading to Sync servers. Questions: - How to verify/force upload from Android to Mozilla servers? - Tools to export/backup Android Firefox bookmarks (no HTML export)?
