How do I report the issue of being unable to remove a URL from autocomplete? When I start typing the URL, it shows up like the following image with a globe icon and "Visit" text, but there is no "..." button to remove the suggestion like there is on other suggestions: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/address-bar-autocomplete-firefox#w_url-autocomplete This is really annoying because a site I visit a lot changed from .com to .org without redirecting the old to the new.
