When I search with TB it is not finding all the results.

This is especially frustrating because the main reason I started using TB is because the search on my host's webmail is abysmal. But it turns out that TB search (for me) is even more abysmal.

I am sure this is happening because something is wrong but I don't know how to go about fixing it. I have already rebuilt the global database but that did not fix it. However, the new global database file is about half the size it was before I rebuilt it.

Is there anything else I can do?

As you say nothing at all about how you use search, or really which of the three options (Ctrl+K, Crtl+Shift+K or Ctrl+Shift+F) for search there is not much to say.

If using the Ctrl+K global search you will be extremely disappointed with the performance using numbers particularly, or with searches that return more than a few hundred results.
