Hello, I'm wondering why some of my calendars listed under "Other calendars" aren't getting synced.

They are: - Facebook events calendar added through HTTPS URL - some other website's calendar added through Webcal URL - a calendar created and managed by an external app through API

Few other calendars from there, like holidays from various religions, got automatically added. Can I sync them somehow or do they need to be added manually?
