I have different options on my Tablet v My Laptop. The tablet shows "connected services", and lists a work computer I haven't had for two years. I don't find "connected services" on the laptop, but the versions both show fully updated. When I try to force a log-off, the systems sends a "Log On" pin to my email. Makes no sense to me. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks

No two browser have the same setup. Unless you use sync that is the only way what shows up on one device shows up on another device of the same login. But remember "Sync" isn't a backup it only sync data between devices but in doing so anything saved on the other that isn't sync from the other device it delete and replaced with the synced data. So before doing this you need to readup on "Sync" Firefox before doing so.

Hi Terry, do you mean here:

https://accounts.firefox.com/settings#connected-services

One possibility is that the device description is inaccurate. You can go to the Settings page, Sync section, in each of your current Firefox installations and update the device description to something new to make sure each of those is distinct in the list. (Note: this may take many minutes to propagate.)

I think if all else fails, you need to change your password. More info: Change your Mozilla account password (do not reset!!).

Thanks to jscher2000, his solution was the start of the fix. Once all my usual devices were logged on, I again tried to log-off the no longer used device. The system still sent a "Log On" pin to my email but this time it did let me delete the device. So Thanks !
