Every time I delete one other same name with last few letters or numbers and when i can delete them come back. They are multiply and if I could copy and paste i would send example

I have attached and example of Folders gone wild and repeating. Even when I delete they come back Donald Wilshe 336 306-0193 USA WhatSapp

I'm presuming these folders are in an imap mail account.

Empty the Trash

Then unsubscribe from seeing the folder. How to unsubscribe:

  • Right click on the imap mail account name folder in the Folder Pane and select 'Subscribe'
  • Select folder you want to remove and click on 'Unsubscribe'
  • Click on 'OK'

Restart Thunderbird

Logon to webmail account via a browser and delete the folders you want removing.
