Lockwise truncates the login website address I am attempting to set. As a result it takes me to the Software vendor website rather than me Dr's website portal. I've had similar issues before but never bothered to complain. Here is the actual address I want. https://mycw90.ecwcloud.com/portal12070/jsp/100mp/login_otp.jsp This takes me to the Dr's clinic where I want to be able to login in and see my lab results, etc. without having to remember all the jillions of passwords that all my (many) Dr's and other contacts want me to have. Because lockwise truncates the address to this. https://mycw90.ecwcloud.com And that redirects me to here -> https://www.eclinicalworks.com So, I end up at the s/w vendor site instead. I hope this explanation is clear enough. Past issues were similar except I ended up at the correct site but not at the correct page, so it didn't trigger Firefox to present my credentials. All this negates the automation you tried to put in but did manage to trigger the PTSD I picked up in Vietnam. Not your fault, but frustrating as i ended up going back to the lockwise files to read my passwords, all the while mumbling something about someones ancestry. : ) If I've missed a clue, please feel free to reach out to me.
