Hi doulajessica, did you try to disable the next extension you have

  • 20-20 3D Viewer - WEB 5.0.94.0
  • UserZoom Survey Tool 5.2.2.28

to see if one of the above is the issue, try one by one and check firefox behavior.

Disable or remove Add-ons

I tried disabling both of these extensions (independently) and it still didn't solve the issue :/
