Concerning "Thunderbird mail". When I click on thunderbird Icon, I can see my messages before I sign in. 

I want my email messages not displayed till I sign in with "Master Password". How can I do that?

You do not "sign in" to Thunderbird so that is not going to happen. The master password is for protecting access to your saved passwords and nothing else.
