Are you sure Flash is supported on Android Devices? I could be wrong on this but I think Flash isn't supported. I just checked Google Play does not support Flash. Here is a list of Android browsers that support Flash:

Boat Browser, Puffin Browser, Xscope, Photon Lightning Browser. I would Google one of these and get it direct rather then go through Google Play. Note some of these browsers may have Flash built in. I did not research each of these. My source: http://mashtips.com/browser-flash-player-android/

Firefox generally supports Flash if the user has manually installed it from Adobe. What device? What version of Android? Please provide a link to the website you are trying to use.
