Hi! I've tried everything, from refreshing to troubleshoot mode, but it says the same thing, that every installation I try has been adborted due to it being corrupt. It even deleted my previous theme. I'm very stressed, could someone please help? I use Nobara Linux and will include screenshots of the following: My browser is also completely up to date, I just reinstalled. I also followed the guide it said for this issue and deleted extensions.json but couldn't find the others.

It also disappears when I download extensions after verifying and when I click to install again the button won't move before going to the actual add-ons area. Thanks!

I have been using the iCloud Passwords extension successfully with MS Edge, but decided to switch back to Firefox as my default browser.

Having requested and installed the extension (v1.3.77.1), it shows as working in Firefox extensions management, and the icon appears in the toolbar, but a message is displayed when the icon is clicked, "Download iCloud for Windows to use iCloud Passwords".

The issue is that I already have iCloud for Windows installed and working, and iCloud Passwords working with Edge. It appears that Firefox cannot detect that iCloud for Windows is installed and working.

Please can you tell me if this can be resolved, and if so, how? Thank you.

When I try to download anything Firefox Caps my download speed at 10MB/s Other browsers don't. I tried, Edge, Chrome, Etc... they all give me access to my full Gigabit speed. I've attached 2 screenshots with a SpeedTest comparison.

Video is not loaded on youtube, I have the whole site, but when i go to any video, I have an endless download, normal video download will be one of 30, I don't know what to do with this At the same time, such a problem is not observed in other browsers, but I want to use Firefox Please help me

Hi. I have purchased a new laptop and am trying to import my firefox data from a previous laptop, the info is also available on my mobile. It isn't working and all the info that came across is jumbled and incomplete. In addition, when in sync mode and opening tabs in firefox, they crash. Could you please assist? Thank you

I recently was able to successfully install Firefox on my Chromebook via Linux following instructions on the site. I have received notifications about an update from March 14th and I do not know how I can install this update. Can you please walk me through the steps required. It does not seem to install automatically and now my extensions don't appear to be working anymore. Thank you.

The Firefox 'Downloads, Save Files To.." location appears to be disconnected from reality. If I indicate either of the Documents or Desktop folders as the preferred save location, both of those folders present as being empty when in fact they both have numerous files/directories. Even if I try to save in "+ Other Locations", those locations are limited to the same as presented in the 'Browse' window of Home, Desktop, Documents and Downloads. Only the Downloads folder displays correctly.

Also as a result of this limited save location, I can only retrieve a file from the Downloads folder (the attached file was saved in my Documents folder but I had to move it to Downloads.

Why does the saving behavior behave like this?

every time I try to log into a google account I get a 400 error message. I deleted all cache and cookies multiple times scoured the help forums and tried all the fixes and I still get a 400 error. please help.

Firefox is my defult browser which I use for 90% of the time - over the last week ebay has become vertually unuseable so having to use chrome as a backup which works fine tried using ccleaner which cleans the cash etc now lost all passwords and logins also as you can see spell check GB English fails to work many times for forms such as this inc freecycle etc etc - so help please from someone with the knowhow did install a spell checker as an plugin or extension some time ago dont recall what it was called but failed to work - so now heading into my 80's the grey matter fails to work as it did 30 years ago and could do with a little help thanks in advance.

I'm getting so fed up with parts of ebay not working after automatic Firefox updates. Every few months and usually on a Friday morning (this is when Ebay does it weekly tech maintenance) and after a recent Firefox update, something packs the job in on Ebay!. This time it's the listings, ALL of them!. My watchlist page is working fine, I can scroll down and everything is loading, photo's, text etc but, I go to search for an item and it's all over the place, not loading, filter buttons have a mind of their own, slow or non existent listings and filter side bar etc, etc. When I exit Ebay, Firefox won't reload. I have to wait for it to get itself back together, usually a few minutes later. Yet on other browsers it's running fine. I've done everything! (I've had a lot of experience with this issue) I've disabled enhanced tracking, cleared cache etc, uninstalled Ebay and Firefox and re-installed them. It works fine on ipad, phone and other browsers just not Firefox desktop! WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? AND WHY SO @@@@@@@ OFTEN!!! I really can't take it any more. for over 15 years I've been fighting with this, I'm tired! PLEASE!!! SOMEONE AT FIREFOX, HELP!!! AT THE VERY LEAST, TALK TO EBAY AND SORT THIS OUT, FOR EVERYONE'S SAKE!

This is not a question, but rather an observation. When I imported passwords from Chrome (Version 134.0.6998.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)) to Firefox (136.0.1 (64-bit)) one of the passwords was incorrectly imported from Chrome. One of my passwords contains an exclamation mark (!) at the end, and this mark was cut off when I imported it. For example. Password in Chrome: password123! Password in Firefox: password123

I've been a Firefox user for ages but in the last week I haven't been able to use it at all. Every time I launch the desktop browser it gives me a blank page. I can type in addresses but they never take me anywhere. No google. Can't access settings. Nothing. I've tried seemingly everything. Safe mode. Administrator. Deleted everything and installer at least 5 times to try and start from scratch to no avail. Tried Revo. Tried multiple anti-malware cleans. System updates. Tried using older versions of Firefox. Everything short of a factory reset on the whole desktop which I'm really trying to avoid. I've checked every Reddit thread and forum post I could get my hands on and nothing is working. Does anyone know how to get Firefox working again? I've tried other browsers and hate them I would really like to keep using FF if I can. Picture shows what the app has looked like every time I boot it up or try to search anything for the past week.

I have written you all now three times. I cannot use Safeway.com to order my groceries and have had this problem since October of last year. I have to use another brower, which I detest to make my orders. All of my preferences are on the safeway.com page but when I search, let's just say "eggs" it tells me that my spelling must be wrong or there are no items that match my search. Please please help me fix this. I have called Safeway.com 4 times and they say it is a Firefox issue. Thank you.
