Hello ! Can you help me please ? I have an older account ( [redacted] @ziggo.nl ) and this account has all my backup information and settings. But this account does not work anymore. So when I try to login in Firefox with [redacted] @ziggo.nl , and you send me a confirmation email, I will not reach this message and I can not confirm my e-mailadres. Now I have made a new account ( [redacted] @gmail.com ) so I can login in Mozilla, but I don't have my backup bookmarks. Is there a way that you can send me this information ? Firefox has some problems with loading windows. I have open few windows the same time. During the day everyting works fine but in the night I have problems with loading windows. websites like allegor or olx are not open at all or takes it 5 min to open. If I try the same on safari everything works fine. I use Firefox last 12 years all the time but last year is horrible .

I have a Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra and your VPN worked great until the last update. When the VPN is on, non of my apps work. I get no internet errors. What is the use of having a VPN if it blocks you from getting on the internet? I'm really not feeling interested in renewing.

I just noticed today that the backup option has been failing since 10-13-26. I have searched every where to try to fix this issue but haven't been able to find any help with this. Is there anyone having this issue and been able to fix it?

After updating Firefox to 159.0, two Firefox windows were opened although only one was open at the time before Firefox was closed during a Windows 11 Update! The first window was expected but the one below at the URL was not:

For the past two weeks and more I've had difficulty getting access to my Yahoo e-mail accounts. I've also noticed that Firefox is updating more and more, sometimes days in a row. Yahoo says the problem might be with the way Firefox handles my account. After spending yet more time with them this morning, this is the suggestion they give:

   "Yahoo may prompt you to change your password if cookies are blocked or deleted, or if your browser is set to clear cookies every time you log off. This makes Yahoo treat each sign-in as a new session and triggers extra security steps, even if your password is strong.
   To help reduce these prompts:
       Make sure Firefox is set to accept cookies from Yahoo. Here’s how: Enable cookies in Firefox
       Try keeping cookies between sessions instead of clearing them every time you log off.

I don't know how to do enable Yahoo cookies. :-( Being unable to access my e-mail is a serious matter for me. I've used about a dozen new passwords in just a couple of weeks and am frustrated beyond words. This has never happened to me before. Help, please!

When 'm working to upload an image, for example, into an article I'm publishing, let's say on LinkedIn, as I change directory (folder) from the default "Desktop," let's say to "Documents" or "Pictures," the process fails, the open window crashes (closes), and the message shared in the attached screenshot below is displayed: "The Windows file-dialog has crashed. No file or folder could be selected."

I thought that the last update to the browser, which was received about a week or so ago, will solve the problem, but it has not.

For the record, I have run all the diagnostics and optimization software (Command Prompt types, and manufacturer software types) to no avail: all report that there are no issues with the OS. Moreover, I only have this issue with Firefox.

Last but not least, on a parallel issue: for decades I've shared feedback on the crappy spellchecker. You have integrated AI in your software, but still offer a crappy rigid spellchecker. For the love of all that is holy, can't y'all fix that problem?! I'm sure that your AI can do that job!

For the last 2 weeks whenever i try to login to my f1tv through firefox it displays this message: NoSuchKeyThe specified key does not exist.davinci... i tried clearing all cache, cookies and browsing history data, tried disabling ad block, dont use vpn. I can login on my Vivaldi browser no problem. i attached screenshot bellow.

It is a nightmare!!! The loading of each page lasts for minutes or for ever... For some pages on Google sheet it asks for "supressing ressources of the application"???? Nothing works. I like Firefox but it doesn't work and I ma fed up!
