I haven't been able to login to Bank of America since July 13. I reported the issue a couple of times. Today I was unable to logon to my Con Edison account. Earlier in the month it worked. I cannot report this site in your help system. It locks on the description page. Does any one work on these issues? I'm concerned that more and more sites will not support Firefox in the future. Firefox was named after Ailurus fulgens, the Red Panda. It is an endangered species. Will Firefox become an endangered browser?

I keep running into an issue where my group of saved tabs disappears.

I will make several groups of tabs. When I right-click and press "save and close group," to shut down my laptop completely. There are many times when I return and try to access the saved group of tabs using the drop-down arrow at the top of the browser; all the saved groups will be gone.

Normally, I find them under "Recent Tab Groups". There have been many times when they are completely gone. Is there another way to find these groups of tabs or are they disappearing completely are a certain amount of time has passed?

I have noticed in the last month or so a new phenomenon. I regularly need to access such platforms as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics. Previously with my FireFox VPN turned on I had no issues. Now I cannot access these sites unless I turn off the VPN. I think there was a FireFox update not long ago. Should I be experiencing this issue or is there a resolution to this problem?

So every time the browser crashed or a blackout happens and it forced closed (sometimes the browser is closed normally and it still happens) the next time i start the browser it would show the restore session page. Pressing the restore session would just restore the open tabs and not the tab groups. Because of this i would need to go to the file manager, copy the previous.json and change it to replace the sessionstore. it's kinda annoying. is this problem just me or is this a known issue? also how to fix.

I've been using Firefox for the past few months, and I've noticed a strange issue that happens occasionally when I launch the browser. It's almost like Firefox partially resets itself. My extensions are still installed, but they stooped working and their stored sign-in info like in Bitwarden or Raindrop.io is gone. I have to go into the Extensions settings, disable them, and then enable them again to get them working. For example, I use a Speed Dial extension. After one of these sudden resets, my homepage is still set to the Speed Dial page, but it just shows a blank page. I have to go to the extension settings, disable the extension, and enable it again before it works.

Some of my Firefox UI settings also revert to their defaults. For example: - The bookmarks bar, which I have set to never show, appears again. - The sidebar, which I moved to the right side, moves back to the left. - Other UI elements and customization are also reset to their default states.

I'm not entirely sure what triggers this. I think it happened once after a Firefox update, but the next time it happened there was no update involved. Has anyone experienced something similar? What could be causing this, and is there a way to prevent it from happening again?

When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. I know this has been an ongoing issue, but it only happens with firefox on both my computers, vpn and all extensions off. Even tried a new IP address, same issue.

As it says in the title. I recently switched to Firefox, but now, every time I try to print from the browser, it forces the selection to be color printing instead of B/W.

• In the Firefox dialog, the option to change the setting is greyed out (see attached image).
• Switching to the system dialog (with either about:config or with the clickable link in the Firefox dialog) does NOT help-- I can change the setting, but hitting the "print" button causes the setting to revert and display an error message (see attached image).
• I have tried updating the drivers for the associated printer, both through an update and completely disconnecting/reconnecting the printer, but the issue did NOT resolve.
• Chrome and Edge both print black and white to this same printer without issue. The printer has enough black ink. This definitely seems to be a Firefox issue, not a printer one.

Some threads discuss resolving a similar issue with the use of print.cups.monochrome.extra_settings, but I can't seem to find the relevant printer information to make this work. I do need to be able to switch between color and B/W printing frequently, so locking the printer to B/W only isn't a viable option.

If anyone has any insight about this, it would be greatly appreciated!

For my work, i have to download a lot of files. Some of them I then have to subsequently save and upload later on. Previously, I was able to download all the files to one folder, and then, if I would have actual need of them, I could just do CTRL + S, give them a name and save them to a different folder. When pressing CTRL + S it would always remember which folder I had saved it in last, but now it automatically keeps going back to the 'saves files to' folder.

This will end up costing me at least an hour a day more because now every time I have to manually switch folders I want to rename and save a file. PLEASE let this go back to the way it was.

I have a question about the v. P. N inside of the mozilla account, if I turn it on, is it working? Because it doesn't show it in my settings. Where you are, you Hit the switch for it to stay on.I just don't know that it's like working.\

I cannot access passwords, the page about:logins is greyed out, the bar asks me to "veuillez saisir votre mot de passe principal..." and a button "connexion" which does not respond. WHere and how do I connect?

I am getting a new Laptop, also a DELL as is this PC, both will be using Windows 11. I did this with the last HP laptop. I somehow installed Firefox on that old one automatically. Please give a list of the method to easily do this on the new machine. It seemed to look at the Firefox running on the PC and got all the data it needed to install on the new Laptop.
