After I upgraded Firefox on my Dell desktop the left side of my keyboard stopped working so. I bought another keyboard when I upgraded again it stopped working. Talk about frustration

Firefox lived on my computer for three days. On May 30th I installed the latest version of Firefox Developer Edition. Today when I launched my browser I saw a page notifying me that my version of Firefox is the latest [152.0b6 (64-bit)]. All installed extensions disappeared, the connected profile was deleted, the .mozilla/firefox directory contained only the newly created profile... No history, no bookmarks... No crash reports...

What happened? Now I'm afraid to sync the browser with my phone, in case it clears all my passwords.

I'm trying to open a file that was sent to me, but my computer is asking me to update Firefox. When I try to do that, it shows that I already have the most current update.

The Firefox update I was prompted to initiate on May 12 resulted in a compatibility issue message. Following Firebox Help recommendations, I re-installed my Firefox. Now I see that my downloads folder has a long string of unfamiliar files, and I need assurance that these are not remnants of malicious activity. All files have names like i-33639-002-XX.jpg and are dated the same time (5/12/2026, 4:07 PM). Each file shows as “0 KB” in size. All are listed as “JPG File”. Has this happened to other Firefox users?

After the last update on my desktop browser, my password was requested in order to "install a new helper tool." But it isn't accepting my password, even after I double checked what it was. And there's no Change Password link.

Since I can still access the Firefox browser on my iPhone, I thought of I'd change my password there and sync, but the new password isn't accepted either. Once a password isn't accepted, pressing cancel closes the app and it can't be reopened without a Force Quit first.

And 'round and 'round I go. How do I regain access to my desktop browser?

I am getting the message "updates are disabled by the admin." I am the only one here so I don't know how that happened. I need to install Slack but need to update first. I followed the steps to edit registry but still can't update. Please advise.

How do I update Firefox on my rand McNally tablet When I factory reset it ,it went back to the original version and I can't get it to update to the version I had beforehand

I have deployment firefox 148.0.2 version from SCCM, its on autoupdate. So, when it is pushing to machine and during launch its giving prompt " You have launched olderversion of firefox ". even though i have cleared old version or any other version and then pushed still giving same prompt. We need to remove this prompt from appearing to users. kindly suggest how to fix

I am running Firefox 149.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10. FF tells me that there is an update. I downloaded the update, and when I restart FF, it does not update. Version 149.0 is re-started, and Help --> About Firefox again tells me to restart to upgrade. I have tried the upgrade at least three times.

I wanted to try the new split screen feature. The guide says you need the latest version 149. When I check 'About Firefox' it says I have version 140.9 but it also says 'Firefox up-to-date'. Could you advise how I can update to latest version 149 please?
