Hi, it there a way to keep the video controls/status bar (at the bottom and corners) from appearing when using the shortcut keys in Picture-in-Picture mode? In previous Firefox versions I was able to full-screen the window, move my cursor off to the side and the controls would disappear after a few seconds and I could use shortcut keys (space for pause/play, arrows for forward and back, etc) without the controls appearing on the screen, so I could take screenshots and stuff. But now they reappear whenever I press anything on my keyboard. Is there a new way to do this?

If not, can I request the feature be added? Thanks.

I use a lot of videos for home repair. So I am getting sick of capcha every time & google then pissing me around for 5 minutes on the sign in. Having to confirm by telephone. I have had firefox for a lot of years. Since your site goes straight to Youtube for my videos you should be able to help. PLEASE

I cannot "Login" to this forum/group page, so that I can post to the forum, or read my PM's, since the last Firefox update and it is vexatious to put it politely! "Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.motoscrubs.com:80. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem." The forum are aware that they do not have an SSL (Whatever that is?) and I cannot post to the forum to make them aware of the error! Catch 22! Thank you for your interest.

Hi, Facebook says my browser is not supported. And before say it was not up to date. Tried to download update but didn't know how to do the update. Not sure what to do? I am using Zorin OS 15.3. Don't know much about it

I have so much trouble with payment sites. Showing the wrong amount, or just plain doesn't work, then I go over to Chrome, and it's fine. Why is this?

the last couple days my bottom bar has disappeared when im looking at you tubes or websites, so i can't change screens to check email, or access speaker selection... changing magnification doesn't help. escape key doesn't work to reduce size and see the bottom bar.. so annoying... is this windows trying to force me to give up on windows 10 or is it something i can solve on firefox.?.... im 78 so that tells you what level im at with solving this myself lol....

I use AdBlock. In my Firefox Settings I have a list of sites for which I want AdBlock turned off. They don't work and I'm still locked out. What's up with this?

The "Browser Websocket Client" addon ( https://github.com/abeade/browser-websocket-client ) was automatically disabled. The addons manager says:

> This extension is restricted for violating Mozilla’s policies and has been disabled. You can enable it, but this may be risky.

However, I cannot find any information about which policies the addon violated or when. If it was logging or modifying data, I want to know to what extent I may be compromised from using the extension. If it was for lack of maintenance, I want to know so I can make an informed decision about whether to keep using it, because the addon was still useful to me and my work as of recently.

I tried to sign into my Allstate.com account today and kept getting error messages.

I called their tech department and they told me that Firefox has been notified a long time ago about this issue but has done nothing about it. I was told to use my email account instead of my user ID to get into my account via Firefox, but that if I do it that way, some functions still won't work on Firefox.

I was told that my Safari browser would work, and it does.

Not sure why Firefox refuses to fix this. This is crazy. I've also had problems signing in some other companies with Firefox recently where it used to work fine. It looks like they are just not keeping up with technology. I have the latest Firefox browser for my Macbook, but as companies update their sites, Firefox is staying behind. I prefer Firefox because of things like uBlock Origin, Enhancer for YouTube, and YouTube Watchmarker which I love, but I've had to use Safari more and more because of this issue.

Exactly how does one let Firefox tech know these things. They don't provide anyway to contact them which doesn't look good.

When I used to open the small puzzle shaped icon I could see my visual book marks. I have been collecting work related images here for year. Now all I see is a request to personalize my extendtions with a ton of questions and an option to add AI. Where are my book marked images??? How do I retrieve that data?????
