Loudmouth Ads interrupt on every search. How do I kill Loudmouth?

When ever I enter a search, Loudmouth interrupts and sends ads related to my search subject.

Maybe Adblock Plus can help in this case.

There is a drop down that has Loudmouth listed . I just don't know how to get to it.
