Is there a device I can buy to prevent lost time loading add-ons at public libraries?

I'm only self-taught via trial and error in internet browsing. My access to the web is at various public libraries. Each time I log in, the library pc makes me go thru the time consuming process of loading 8 or 9 add-ons. I suspect there might be a small device I can buy that will save and reload add-ons on public internet computers. If so, what is such a device called?

You could try using Portable Firefox on a flash drive that is if the terminal allows usb connections or to transfer over with settings on desktop.

You could also use FEBE to create an archive with those extensions and copy that archive to an USB stick (jump drive). Then you only need to install one extension (FEBE) and install the other extension from that archive. I assume that you can't use the command line to copy extensions directly to the profile folder. Other possibilities are to store copies of all xpi files on that jump drive and install them via File > Open File.

Your welcome.

I know what those terminals can be like as I used ones at a school when I did a course over two years ago. You had to remember to backup your stuff before logging off.

I hated using the default IE 6 and the rare IE7 depending on terminal so I just used portable Firefox.

I came close to winning a $10 million + lottery over five years ago when I had a set of numbers that came to me in head as I was driving home and decided to stop and get mark out few draws on a 6/49 ticket. Problem was by that time I had forgotten some of the numbers briefly and next day I was annoyed when I recognized the numbers and won only $10 instead due to only having used three of the numbers at most in any draw. Really wish I had wrote the numbers down as soon as possible. Oh well.
