The screenshot below shows exactly what happened to me yesterday when I was prompted by your Firefox pop-up window to update as I have done many times before without incident. Two minutes after clicking on the update request a pop-up window came on my screen with what appeared to be from Microsoft Tech dept. It had a warning message that my computer may have been hacked and a phone number that I must call. I had no choice then to call the number as my computer was frozen/locked. In addition, now my Norton software is suggesting I no longer have "internet Security" which would always say ''''''"Firefox secured''''''"??? please help me understand why my internet is no longer secured by Firefox?
