i don`t know how to be sure that my bookmarks are synced i want to see all my synced bookmarks because i will set up a new windows so iam worry about my important bookmarks and i don't want to lose it ofcourse

so what is the way to do to be sure that my bookmarks are synced

Sync isn't intended to be used when reinstalling Windows. See this to learn how to backup (and restore) your Firefox Profile, where user data resides. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

If you want to see your bookmarks thru Sync, you'll need to setup Sync on another device [or in another Profile] and then view your bookmarks. There is no provision for viewing bookmarks [or any other Sync data] outside of Firefox or on the internet; user data is encrypted when it is outside of a Firefox installation.
