On certain websites, the page may try to include a CSS or JS asset that is missing. If this happens, Firefox 30 seems to hang and the page never loads. This even happens in Safe Mode. Other browsers have no problem loading these pages.

I can provide two example URLs along with the missing asset that is causing the problem but I don't know if I'm supposed to post links or not.

Please disregard. After coming back from safe mode, it offered to reset everything and import my data. After the browser was reset, the non-loading pages loaded fine.

Thanks for the update. This could indicate corrupted cache or cookies, or another transient problem.

After a Reset, Firefox places your old settings folder on your desktop inside a folder named Old Firefox Data. If you discover any important data missing, we may be able to help you recover it from that folder, so I suggest keeping it around for a while.
