Thunderbird will not connect with virginmedia.com outgoing or incomimg email servers. It was working fine several days ago. All of the settings look to be correct but a message appers saying that the Connection to pop3.virginmedia.com server has been reset. I have a recovery code from virginmedia but cannot see any way of entering it in Thunderbird.

Since updating to Thunderbird v 146.0.1 and Release Channel rather than ESR, Thunderbird will not launch \ refresh. The message "Connection to server imap.mailfence.com timed out" is repeatedly displayed. Troubleshooting mode produced no information about or change to this. Accessing mailfence directly works fine - but I'd like to continue with Thunderbird.
