I'm contacting you regarding data recovery from my DOOGE-X5pro device.

At the moment, synchronization and link "about: accounts?action=signin" d'not work on the old device. And it is possible that the device was inadvertently removed from the account, but this was done between 2018 and 2020. And you have updated your mozilla.org account services.

I'm asking you if it's possible to restore deleted devices from a backup? Specifications below.

Firefox on android gets stuck in landscape mode after playing a video on YouTube. Usually this happens after exiting fullscreen but can also happen when switching to another app and back to firefox. Going in and out of fullscreen again usually fixes it, but you can't do that on shorts and it's very annoying. I tried to use a fix posted 7 years ago of going to about:config (which I had to go to separate settings and enable to even get there) and toggling media.videocontrols.lock-video-orientation, but that setting doesn't appear to exist anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Any kind of video playback is taking so much time and even if it is playing the video playback is not smooth at all. I have disabled all the extensions, deleted the cookies, using the latest version still things are working the same.

Hello, Maybe it's just me but i feel like i have to spam return on firefox android last update to see the tabs icon. Its kinda annoying for me. I hope its not an intended behaviour. I count 3 press to see the tabs icon after clicking on the research bar. Anyway have a good day. Thanks in advance and happy new year! Quentin

I'm trying to follow these steps but I'm having trouble.

In Firefox open "More Tools" -> "Web Developer Tools" Switch to Network panel Choose "Persist Logs"

Today, using Firefox--or at least what i think is Firefox--i checed session history while logged into my mega.nz account. It lists 2 instances, one of which is for 3 days prior when I originally set up the Mega account using the Mega app, and the other is for yesterday when I entered the account using the FF browser--or, again, what i think is the FF browser. What's curious is that it shows i was using the Chrome browser, and that I'm apparently still using this browser as it's listed as the "Current" session. How can this be? While I have the Chrome app on my phone, I disabled it long ago and have never used it, and most certainly did not use it during the time and activities in question. I have long speculated that I have been hacked and that my phone is sometimes (always?) controlled by this hacker, though no solid proof. Assuming the hacker uses Chrome, could this be reflecting their using the Chrome browser, as opposed to the FF browser, which I'm currently using (or think im using)? In other words, is this the proof of a hack? Or is this a glitch within Mega, mistakingly listing Chrome as my browser?

Links won't respond to touch , scrolling up and down is fine , all other touch functions are fine , just links and tabs etc won't respond

I cannot find the specific settings option (such as "Deceptive content and dangerous software protection" or a similar toggle) to disable the blocking for a particular website that I believe is safe. i want to turn off it

When watching a YouTube video on Firefox while plugged into Android Auto and then unplugging the USB cable, Firefox becomes unresponsive. The video first pauses and if I try to play I get a spinning wheel. If I open a new tab and try to go to a website, I just get a gray screen. If I open recent apps and close Firefox and reopen, the issue persists. I cannot access any websites. If I open settings and select Quit Firefox, I'm stuck at Clearing Browsing Data... The only way to fix this is to open my phone settings and go to the Firefox app and clear cache.

To me this is a bug that needs to be fixed in the Firefox app.

My automatic translation don't work. Firefox never offers to translate neither translate automatically. Additionally, when I manually ask to translate, I always need to select the drop down menu and select the language, it does not use my app language neither saves the last one.
