When I open firefox everything is in the middle of the screen instead of spread across the screen - this started today and is the same if I click new tab - it has the same layout. As far as I am aware I haven't changed anything in settings so either something changed with a firefox update or possibly with a windows update. Any suggestions would be very welcome as it is extremely irritating having to continually scroll down to see things

Downloads on Firefox are slow. They used to be fast, but about three days ago they just went way down to about a tenth of the previous speed. I've tested the same file from the same source and on Edge it downloads at the speed I used to get, so it's a problem with Firefox.

Since new update the firefox logo is appearing on my home page and new tab pages, how do I remove it? I changed the setting to false and it still does not go away.

I see "Look for the VPN setup prompt in the top-right corner of your Firefox toolbar. If you don't see it, click the VPN icon in the toolbar." I don't see a setup prompt, and I don't see a VPN icon. What does it look like? Where should it be?

Another message says I can modify the toolbar to add the icon, but I see no icon for VPN.

Windows 11, Firefox 151.0.

After the resent update i had yesterday 19/05/2026 my icons section and the icon have all become smaller, i had studies on and i remove that, and it did not help. It have happened the last year now that every second or third update my shortcuts icon and the space around em get smaller and smaller, now the text under icons are all broken up, a year ago it lined up perfectly and readable with the right place for new lines.

I got so much space on my start page and it keep use less and less, is there a way to undo this smaller size.

Using Windows 11 and got display setting 2560 x 1440, which is not small but no near big neither in today.

When I click to save a bookmark, the menu that allows you to select the folder to save it to is no longer being displayed. If I click the save bookmark option again, it gives the option to edit the bookmark like it has always done. The bookmark menu then pops up and shows the bookmark is saved in whatever folder you had saved a bookmark in previously. I am on a desktop using windows 11. This has been happening for the last couple of days. I have shutdown the computer and also tried restarting but am still not able to see the selection box when saving a bookmark. I am also current on firefox updates and windows updates.

I see the VPN box on the top right of the browser. I clicked on Get Started, I signed in. But nothing happens, I cannot turn on the VPN. Am I missing something?

when I opened my computer this morning all my firefox tabs are really tiny and there is a box upper right that is showing weather. I am not interested in this and I want my screen to look like before. Why do you keep changing things that work fine and give me things that I don't want or need.

I am trying to comprehend the VPN button on the toolbar. It clearly has an "x" to close the vpn icon, but instead it brings it up. What is the "x" close icon intending to close?

Also, while I understand it is a useful tool, I do not understand why VPN is auto-added to the toolbar. That should be an option for the user. For most people it is just adding noise, or a few extra clicks to hide. I like the way Brave does it, handling it similarly to private browsing. Is there a way to use it this way?

All the Firefox tabs and menus have switched to a tiny type size that is hard to read. I have changed screen resolution, enlarged screen size, set the minimum font size in Firefox and nothing works to change it. It was not this way before and I changed NOTHING. HOW IS THIS FIXED?

new updated firefox. i had the four rows of most visited sites and they were centered and larger. now they aren't and close to the bottom of the page which is annoying.

See attachment, some sites are not loading correctly at all, which ironically includes the mozilla sign in page. I also noticed it on camelcamelcamel.com. See attachments.

I already tried clearing cookies etc. Unchecking the "allow sites to choose their own fonts" fixes it but obviously I don't really want that disabled. I switched off Chrome recently so I'm already quite disappointed tbh.
