Hello,

For few days, it's impossible to connect to FACEBOOK. I have the latest version of FIREFOX, but I have to use another web browser (EDGE) to connect to FACEBOOK. The problem is the same with my two computers with the latest WINDOWS.

Google has added some AI 'ads' to their title page? This just appeared a day or so ago on my system. How did I remove it, block it? Attached is an image of what I am asking about. What is interesting is in Chrome I can explicitly turn this junk off. But when using the Google search title page with Firefox, there appears to absolutely no way to disable it... very nasty way of forcing you to use Chrome?

For 24 hours now I have not been able to connect to Facebook via Firefox browser on my laptop at all. I can connect on my phone, but not my laptop. I've made sure there are no extensions on my browser, my firewall is off, all cookies and cache have been cleared, I even Uninstaller Firefox and reinstalled it. When I try to bring up Facebook, nothing happens. It won't even bring the page up. All other websites work fine. I can't even bring up Facebook to clear the caches in Facebook per the troubleshooting guide. It says to open Dacwbook and click the lock on the address bar, but I can't even open Facebook. What am I missing here?

I have questions about websites I visit that don't seem to work in Firefox, but when I visit the same sites in Microsoft Edge, the sites work fine. Previously (one site, 6 months ago, the second, in the last month), I had no issues with either site. It makes me wonder whether some protocol or requirement has changed that has caused my recent experience. Both sites are secure sites (banking and bill-paying related), and when I first experienced it, I didn't give it much thought since it happened while using the Windows 7 machine. I am now using a newer Windows 11 machine.

My most recent visit to the municipal site (water-bill payment and statement download) resulted in the new tab displaying

At the credit union site, I click a link that results in rotating arcs atop the webpage's background, and it neither times out nor displays the next screen (a link to a specific account). When I use the credit union's app on my smartphone, the next page displays as it should. (A message reply by the credit union showed a lack of understanding.)

Most of the Firefox settings are at its default settings, and the two sites are allowed to open pop-up tabs.

After 30+ years of using Firefox trouble-free, reverting to Edge is a step backward. (Every time I finish using Edge, I have to run my spyware program.)

bold text I have been haveing trouble with my Spectrum email account (mail.twc.com)) Today I talked to a tech and she said they no longer are compatible with Spectrum. You log in and it says feature unavailable. They suggest using Google. I hate Google. It is just one giant ad machine. Their email is barely tolerable. They also said the reason they haven't fixed the issue is because they say Google is going away soon.

I can open gmail but it does not refresh. If I clear the cache it refreshes the first time only. Sometimes I get a message saying that my account is temporarily unavailable but I can access gmail with no problem on my iPhone, android tablet and with Google Chrome without any problems. Turning off the Advanced Tracking does not resolve the problem.

My firefox is on the latest version and up-to-date but will not access my home router which l normally us ip address. When trying to acess in edge works with no issues I am using windows 11 and all ok but wish to use Firefox And the IP adress is corect Can you advise

I am unable to access certain sites on my desk top computer. I have had geek squad check my computer and no issues. Example home depot lowes and Macy's. Can get there using Google chrome. Can access other sites on Firefox but not all

If I go to AOL.com they useually have 40 or so news articlaes/ads you scroll through. Several weeks ago the text for the articles stopped displaying. I have tried other browsers and the text shows up. Not sure what setting may effectr this.,

The time zone stamp when using my default browser Firefox is 3 hours off. If I use Safari, it's correct. The problem occurs when using Gmail or Yahoo. It is only when using Firefox browser that the time stamp on email in incorrect. It is a Firefox issue and happened during the most recent upgrade 5/12/26.

I subscribe to MarketSurge, a stock data platform. It has run reliably on Firefox until last week. When I enter a stock symbol it brings up this error, and does not give the requested stock data from the MarketSurge live data platform. I have tried many things to troubleshoot and find the cause within Firefox, its settings and variations, and with Win 10. Nothing resolved. However, executing the Marketsurge platform in Chrome does not have a problem.

Issue persists on Incognito Mode and it goes away if I use different browser.

Since 2 days issue like this happened and it is retroactive meaning all previous conversations are also blank, all replies of chatgpt are blank except replies with image generation, those are fine.

Before you recommend me to do something please keep in mind that Incognito itself does not help.

Lately, on certain websites, like Fox News - I open a tab in a new link and it just spins.

Today, I just tried to register an account with a glass company, and I hit the button to register, and nothing happened.

Yesterday on a different site, I went to place an order, and everything grayed out and it just stayed like that.

What do I need to adjust in order for this to stop happening?

It is impossible to access a certain website using Firefox mobile. Edge, Chrome and safari work fine. I tried to turn protection off but it makes no difference. Why is this happening? Site is www.hlc.bike a large b2b distributor in the cycling world.

Hello. I have a problem with the chat.deepseek.com website - every time I launch the browser, the language settings are reset from the system (or Russian) language set manually to English. Interestingly, this problem only occurs in Firefox, while other browsers work as expected. Additionally, the test profile created again also works properly. What I have done: 1. Reinstalled the browser, but it did not help 2. Deleted the folders responsible for Local Storage in the profile folder - didn't help 3. Cleared the cookies - helped until the first restart, then it was the same. History is enabled, and cookies are not cleared when the browser is closed. the website gem.cbc.ca no longer allows me to play a video in Firefox since Monday this week, but works as usual on Chrome. I have the same add-ons on both browsers Adblock+ and NoScript. Tried in a private window too and all the suggested Firefox settings, no go.

Also I was able to use primewire.mov to watch videos up until yesterday, but none of them will play for me today. Guess I should try Chrome for them too. I use a private window for those sites.

Windows 10PRO + ESU up to date for April Firefox 150.0.2 64bit No other changes except for an Adblock+ update a few days ago.

Trying to access search Home Depot, Lowes, Tractor Supply gives errors. Works with Chrome. Started about 2 weeks ago or so. I use Starlink, no VPN, tried disabling Ad Blocker, Clearing cache for Lowes, no Add ons, but still doesn't help.
