I changed the password of my Firefox account recently, which logged me out of my Firefox iOS app. When I'm prompted to scan the QR code to re-establish the pairing, nothing happens. When I choose to use email instead, I get "unexpected error". This happens every time I try to re-pair. Please help me sign in to Firefox iOS.

Hi ich habe versucht, die einstellungen zum einem fehlgeschlagenen login mit hilfe von chaptjpt zu verbessern. habe dadurch mein konto verändert. mein password neu erstellt und wiederherstellungsschlüssel ist nich korrekt. auf dem iphone ist alles drauf aber mit dem sekundären email adresse und das password ist auch weg wie kann ich die einstellungen lesezeichen auf den firefox im rechner übertragen?

I’ve been experiencing synchronization issues with Firefox lately.

Current situation: Tabs sync correctly between devices, but bookmarks and passwords no longer sync between my iPhone and my computer.

I’ve also considered an issue with profiles, I currently have three Firefox profiles:

• default-release (currently in use)
• default
• default-release-1

I also used Firefox Troubleshoot Mode (restart with add-ons disabled) to test the issue.

sync-log : The sync-logs show many success-sync entries and only a couple of error-syncs. There are no obvious connection issues (I’m using a shared connection in a rural area). However, bookmarks and passwords are still not syncing properly across devices.

Observed behavior: Sync is active and "functional" Only specific data types (bookmarks and passwords) are affected The issue persists even after signing out and back into Sync, and restarting Firefox on both devices

Checks already done: Sync is enabled for bookmarks and passwords Sync logs mostly show successful operations rather than errors

Hypothesis: A Firefox profile conflict

Question: How can I restore Sync properly without losing my bookmarks, passwords, or other data?

Hi all, Starting at the weekend or end of last week I think, when I send tabs to another device when that device is switched off then when I open Firefox on the other device, the sent tabs are loaded in private browsing windows, not the main window with my saved tabs in. Sometimes all sent tabs arrive in one private browsing window, sometimes in one private browsing window for each tab. As I can't drag private tabs into the main window this is really annoying! How can I stop this happening please? Cheers :)

Anybody else having issues with this feature? It had been working well to send tabs from my tablet and phone to my desktop computer, which I have been doing due to the lame way that FF uses for filing bookmarks into folders on the mobile devices.

A few days ago I started seeing "unable to send" popping up after a delay, instead of "tab sent" which typically appears immediately. Sometimes, the tab is sent even though it says it wasn't and sometimes it will send it after repeated attempts, and other times it doesn't. My wireless network and ISP connection are high speed and reliable.

So far, the problem only appears when trying to send from mobile to desktop. Sending from the desktop to mobile seems to work fine. The problem started while using 147.0.4 and persists after upgrading to 148.

I am writing to request assistance with recovering my Firefox Sync data.

I recently reset my PC and after reinstalling Firefox and logging back into my Firefox account, my bookmarks and saved passwords are completely gone. I believe the sync may have overwritten the server-side data with an empty local profile after the reset.

I had been accumulating this data for approximately 1 years and it is very important to me. Could you please check if there is any backup of my sync data on your servers that could be restored?

Hello! I try so transport my tabs in Firefox to a new PC. Therefor I try to login, to be loged in I need an email with an code (6 numbers) But this email isn´t sent. I didn´t get it, or much to late. What can I do? Thanks for your help, best regards Kurt Füchtler

I signed into my firefox account on my wife's computer and now ALL of her bookmarks, passwords are mixed in with my data. I've signed out of both accounts on that computer. I've signed out and relogged in on my computer. This is not a temporary issue. All of her data is somehow in my account. This seems like a MAJOR security flaw of the software. Were both using Windows 11 computers.

I tried linking my unlinked profile to my email, I made a typographical error there and when I tried to undo it, Mozilla says this profile is already linked to that email. Mind you, I have not even entered a password or verified that email address yet. I cannot even remove that email from the profile now, even if I do and try to re-sign, the accounts page says I am already synced to the typo email.

Is there some way to open all tabs on a synced device. I have the list of tabs showing in the sidebar. However, the instruction: "While viewing synced tabs in Sidebar, right clicking on device name allows you to open all tabs from a device at once." does not work. Right clicking does nothing. Version 147.0.2 (64-bit) in Windows 11. Thank you.
