Hi support, i tried to turn ON the vpn but not showing any sign of turn ON

When i press the VPN option, it tells me to sign in even though i already have and when i sign in again it comes back up only with the option to sign in.

I want to connect to the browser VPN.

why if im suppossed to be in the uk the bbc says i cant see restricted content because im not in uk im on windows 11 kaspersky anti virus
