I have various shortcuts saved on the shortcut page comes up after logging in. Its set to 2 rows.. I use it every day. Used it this morning and working perfectly. Been out and when I came back the page is totally blank. I've tried sytem restore to 5th October but makes no difference. I use Windows 10 and read that Firefox are continuing to support Windows 10 I'm visually impaired and use a desktop PC with a large screen. I'm not PC techically knowledgeable. How do I restore my shortcuts or how do I re create them?

After enabling `privacy.resistFingerprinting = true` in `about:config`, I noticed that Firefox’s built-in PDF viewer (`pdf.js`) is always displayed in **light mode**, even though my system and browser themes are both dark.

I understand that RFP forces `prefers-color-scheme: light` to prevent fingerprinting, but this also affects internal components like the PDF reader. Unfortunately, the PDF viewer doesn’t provide a manual dark mode toggle.

Is there any **official or safe workaround** that allows keeping RFP enabled while still having the PDF viewer use dark colors?

So Im currently trying to watch young sheldon on netflix, and im doing it through firefox, and it wont work, it says error code f7701-1003, thank you for your time.

When using YouTube system freezes between 5-30 mins, of start of any video. I have troubleshooted, i have checked every extension, i have run every diagnostics on hardware and software , checked and updated every driver but no results i tried checking online but didn't file any solution , the only thing i can do is to reset my system, it does not happen in any other situation. This is happening since the start of Oct'25, if anyone has any idea how to solve this kindly help.

Hi. I am trying to migrate Firefox from my wife's laptop to her new one, using sync. I've followed the instructions, set up sync on the old one, then set up sync on the new one with the same account. Nothing changes! Where am I going wrong? Or will I have to do a manual transfer instead?

У меня Windows 11 Pro, скачивал firefox с прав администратора, но обычно после установки в правом верхнем углу появляется значок входа в аккаунт фаерфокс, которого сейчас у меня нету. On all our computers it seems impossible to sign into Outlook...several laptops and 3 desktop...even a new Apple device. Enter your email address and then taken to the next page (see attachment). sign in works with Edge! This has been happening for maybe a month. Very frustrating! NEVER opens the next security window, the 'spots' just keep moving forever...selecting "Back" just repeats the cycle.

My problem is the following. The website of my favorite football club regularly embeds videos within their pages. Clicking of the video within the club webpage shows the video without leaving the webpage. Recently opening the club site with mozilla stopped enabling me to see the embedded videos. An example of what I see on my screen now when using mozilla is in the first image uploaded below - instead of showing the embedded video, all I see is a small red rectangle with a "play" button in it. If I press the play button, the video starts, but shows within the extremely small rectangle and I cannot watch it.

This is not so when I use Edge or Chrome, as shown on the second image uploaded below, showing the exact same webpage (the address is https://levski.bg/video/%f0%9f%94%b5-%d0%bb%d0%b5%d0%b2%d1%81%d0%ba%d0%b8-31-%d0%b1%d0%b5%d1%80%d0%be%d0%b5-%d0%b3%d0%be%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%b2%d0%b5-%d0%b5%d0%bc%d0%be%d1%86%d0%b8%d0%b8-%d1%80%d0%b5%d0%bf%d0%be/ ). The embedded video is clearly seen in its full size within the page, and when I click the play button it starts showing the video normally within the webpage without leaving the site and sending me to youtube, for example.

My question is, what is wrong and what can I do to start seeing the embedded videos normally again?

I joined a Microsoft Teams meeting through Firefox on the web on a Linux machine. When I tried to share my entire screen, I was asked if I wanted to share the entire screen in a Firefox pop up which I said yes. Then the "you are sharing your entire screen" came up, the sharing icon was red and the "stop sharing" button was red. See attached image. This all disappeared and reverted to the default state almost instantly.

Teams has a feature to "manage what attendees see manage what attendees see" where the meeting host can preview shared content before making it live.

I am concerned that the meeting owner was able to see my entire shared screen without me even knowing it through this preview.

Can someone help? Microsoft just sends you around in circles and I can't contact Mozilla.

how do i block my location? Nothing seems to work. I want to search a site in another country but keep being directed to the site in the country I am in. I dont want to look at that site. I want the site in different country but keep being bounced to the current country site. I getting pissed

cannot search a site in the US when I'm in Mx. I DO NOT want the MX site. I want the US site and somthing keeps preventing me from doing so. I posted this previously and got answers that make no sense to me. Dont refer me to articles, they make no sense and those directions never work anyway. How can I get a real person to chat or talk to me to fix this or do I just need to use a different search engine?
